The faculty of the Department of Pharmacotherapy teach in the undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs of the UNC-CH School of Pharmacy. The faculty also participate in the clinical teaching of medical students and residents. In addition to didactic teaching, research and publication activities, each faculty member maintains an active clinical practice associated with the medicine residency program of the AHEC, serving as both a role model and resource for these health professionals. In addition, the faculty coordinate pharmacy continuing education programming within the region.
