Dr. Wright joined the faculty at Coastal AHEC in 1988. He provides clinical services in complicated gynecology problems, urogynecology, pelvic reconstruction, and vulvar diseases. Dr. Wright is part of the clinical faculty at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He is the Director of the New Hanover Regional Medical Center Ob/Gyn Residency Training Program.

Dr. Lofgren joined Women's Health Specialties and the Coastal AHEC faculty in October 1997 as a generalist in obstetrics and gynecology after ten years in private practice. In addition to seeing his clinical practice he supervises ob/gyn residents in various capacities and works closely with the nurse midwifery program.

Dr. Temple joined Women’s Health Specialties and the Coastal AHEC faculty in July 2005. He provides clinical services in general gynecology and gynecologic surgery with emphasis on menopausal problems and health maintenance. Dr. Temple is part of the clinical faculty at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has been a leader in the medical community of southeastern North Carolina for 25 years.

Dr. Westbrook joined the Coastal AHEC faculty in 2003 after three years in a teaching position at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN, and three years in private practice in Alabama. In addition to seeing her clinical practice in general gynecology, she supervises the Ob/Gyn residents and medical students in various capacities. Her special interests include pediatric and adolescent gynecology, contraception, and gynecologic surgery.
