• A centralized billing and collections office for services in the areas of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Perinatology, Reproductive Endocrinology, Neonatology and Pediatric Specialties.

Focus:

Customer Service issues and Insurance/Billing questions and concerns

• Patient Advocate
• Helps patients resolve their billing and insurance problems
• Helps patients resolve their customer service issues
• Helps patients understand their rights and responsibilities
• Advises patients on payment plans available
• Helps patients make wise choices
• Helps patients navigate the health care system

Delinquent accounts over 90 days will be turned over to a Collection Agency. Please call me so that we may avoid that course of action.
